Return Policy
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Condition: Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy below).
- Tracking: Retain your tracking number, as refunds cannot be processed until we confirm receipt of the returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Credit: All returns will be credited to the original payment method within 1-2 weeks of receiving the item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear.
- Restrictions: Only items purchased directly from www.voltairebeauty.com are eligible for return. Items bought from other retailers cannot be returned or exchanged through us. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
- Empty Containers: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or unused products.
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items purchased on www.voltairebeauty.com within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged Products Policy
If you receive a damaged or broken item, contact us within 30 days for a replacement. Items cannot be replaced after 30 days.
